The Marquette Boys basketball team has done very well this season. The standout of the team is Chase Jones. Chase Jones is a sophomore here at Marquette. Chase began playing basketball when he was seven years old and has been playing since. He began playing basketball because he was inspired by his father and also inspired by his basketball role model, Yao Ming.
Before his games, he likes to listen to music and maintain a positive mindset before playingon the court. There are no superstitions before the game. Chase is always looking for ways to actively work on his mindset and his confidence as a player. He likes to succeed during games.
Success to Chase on the court is winning games, and when he’s off the court, he likes to have a good time. Outside of basketball, Chase likes to fish and hang out with friends. After high school, he says he would like to continue playing basketball.
